If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. We believe that online shopping shouldn’t involve any risk and that it should be as safe as a purchase from the high street - customers shouldn't have to pay anything for returning items they don’t want.

To make a return, simply contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery and return the purchased item in its original, unused condition in its original packaging, or packaging of the same quality, and you will receive a full refund. Once your return has been received and inspected in our UK warehouse, usually within 72 hours of receipt, and the merchandise is deemed to be in the same original condition that you received it, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 working days after your credit is applied for it to be seen on your account.

Note - If your return does not meet any of the latter two requirements (original condition and packaging), return shipping fees and restocking fees (10% of purchase price), potential repair, cleaning and repackaging fees may be deducted from your refund.
