Once your return has been received and inspected in our UK warehouse, usually within 72 hours of receipt, and the merchandise is deemed to be in the same original condition that you received it, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 working days after your credit is applied for it to be seen on your account.
Note - If your return does not meet any of the latter two requirements (original condition and appropriate packaging), return shipping fees and restocking fees (10% of purchase price), potential repair, cleaning and repackaging fees may be deducted from your refund.
