About Your Delivery

• Delivery status: You can follow the actual status of your order under “My Orders” in your FASHION FOR HOME account at any time. You will also receive updates by email when your delivery status changes.
• Alternative delivery address: You can change the delivery address for your order at any time.
• Delivery Times: Expect to wait between 8-14 weeks for most furniture items. It is because we produce ‘on-demand’ that we are able to offer such high-quality items at the prices you see on our website. Some items may be delivered in a shorter time period than advertised. We will inform you of any such deliveries in advance.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery costs to mainland UK (excl. Highlands, N.I. and island postcodes) are 100% free, 100% of the time. At FASHION FOR HOME, we want to make the price you pay to be as simple and transparent as possible.

Delivery Type

• Delivery into your home: Except for parcel deliveries, all larger items will be carried into your home by our two-man delivery teams. For a small extra charge an assembly service can be arranged.
• Delivery Appointment: Ensure you give a daytime telephone number during the order process. Our logistic partner will make a delivery appointment with you by phone some days before delivery. Saturday appointments can be arranged for a small extra charge and should be booked after you have made your purchase. Please contact Customer Service for more details.

Customer Service

• Free Returns: We offer a free full returns system on all items delivered safely into your home. Once the item is returned in perfect condition and in the original or similar packaging, we will refund your card for the debited amount. Simply contact Customer Service if you wish to make stress free return.
• Special requests: If you have any questions about delivery or returns, please contact customer service Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm or email us anytime.

Signing For Your Delivery

• Please check the packaging and Product upon delivery prior to signing the delivery consignment sheet. Signing the delivery consignment confirms all products are accepted and have been received in a satisfactory and undamaged condition.
