What is happening to Fashion For Home in the UK?
Fashion For Home UK is taking a break for a while and returning home to our headquarters in Berlin, Germany, where we will continue to deliver Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Due to the faster than anticipated growth in our home German market, including the opening of further showrooms, we are temporarily withdrawing from the UK market to accommodate this growth and to adjust to and improve our UK customers’ experience.
We want to ensure that our UK customers receive the absolute best service, and currently with different logistical and fire-rating requirements, we feel it necessary to step away and improve these requirements to an even higher standard.
This process will require a transitional period, during which we will be unable to accept orders or delivery orders to customers from the UK. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
What will happen to the Fashion For Home Website?
We will relaunch our website as an inspirational interior design website, perfect for finding styling and decorating advice. Our new products and product catalogue will remain visible so you can browse through our product range, although of course the products won’t be on sale.
I have an order with you. Will I still receive my order?
Our loyal UK customers are extremely important to us. We will of course look after you, and we will ensure your current order is delivered.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
