Whats going on? What is happening to Fashion For Home in the UK?
Fashion For Home UK is taking a break for a while and returning home to our headquarters in Berlin, Germany, where we will continue to deliver to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Due to the faster than anticipated growth in our home market, including the opening of further showrooms, we are temporarily withdrawing from the UK market to accommodate this growth and to adjust and improve our UK customers’ experience. We want to ensure that our UK customers receive the absolute best service, and currently with different logistical and fire-rating requirements- we feel it necessary to step away for while to improve in these areas restructure our UK arm of our business accordingly. This process will require a transitional period, during which we will be unable to accept orders from customers from the UK. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
What will happen to the Fashion For Home Website?
We will relaunch our website as an inspirational interior design website that you can view when you miss us. Our new products and product catalogue will remain viewable so you can browse our product range, although of course the products won’t be available.
I have an order with you. Will I still receive my order?

What do I do if my order is damaged?
As per our normal protocol, please contact our Customer Service immediately upon receiving a damaged item. They will then walk you through the steps necessary for making a damage claim. We have an exclusive and ever expanding range of high-end furniture, furnishings and living accessories, such as sofas, chairs, tables and beds, all designed by a hand-picked blend of designers. As a registered user you will have the opportunity to vote on which products you feel should be in our shop. If the products you find most appealing appear in our store, we will offer you a 10% voucher for the piece that wins!
Is there somewhere I can go to try out the furniture?
One of the reasons FASHION FOR HOME is able to bring you top quality furniture at the most affordable prices is that as an online shop we can cut out the extra costs by producing to order and delivering directly to your door. However, we recognise that sometimes our customers would like the opportunity to experience the furniture before making a purchasing decision. Therefore, we have a showroom in Berlin, where our Head Office is also based.

Our business depends on all of our furniture being of the highest quality standards. All our items are hand-inspected by our on-site quality control teams to ensure that the items being delivered are of a similar quality to furniture in high-end high-street shops. We only choose manufacturers who are currently producing for major European and American furniture stores.

An account at FASHION FOR HOME gives you the opportunity to personalise your purchases. You can also use your account to view your purchases and to change your personal information and settings.
When you are registered, you can also vote for your favourite items in our Voting Area. By voting, you can help us to create a first-rate range which reflects what you want. How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and Paypal through our secure payment system.
When am I charged for my purchase?
Your card will be charged for the full amount when you make your purchase. We need to do this because we ‘produce on demand’, which means that your item is manufactured especially for you after purchasing. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality, we will of course exchange your item or return your money.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
The delivery period for your products is indicated on the product page and can range from immediate dispatch for available items, to 8-16 weeks for items that need to be made to order. It’s by using this supply method that we can offer premium furniture at prices up to 50% less than highstreet prices. More information can be found here.
How do I track my order?
When your order has reached our central processing warehouse we will send you an email, providing you with an updated status. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at any time to inquire after your order and order status.
Why should I invite friends to join?
There are lots of benefits for you when you invite friends or family to shop at FASHION FOR HOME. When a friend you have invited makes their first purchase at FASHION FOR HOME you will automatically receive a £10 coupon off your next purchase. You will be notified by email and the £10 will be credited to your user account automatically. At FASHION FOR HOME, our customers get to decide which designs we sell. Because each of our users only has one vote per item you can encourage your friends and family to join and vote on those items and help ensure that your favourite items will be taken into our store for purchase – you will then receive a voucher for 10% off the item’s price!
How can I take advantage of a successful vote bonus discount?
Whenever a design which you voted for is selected for our store we will reward you with a 10% voucher off the cost of the particular item. As soon as the item is selected for our store you will be notified by email. Your discount will automatically be applied to the item you voted for. When you go to purchase this item you will see the discount has been reflected in the price. Your discount will also appear on your invoice. If you have any problems with your voucher codes please contact our Customer Service Team and we can enter your vouchers into the system, even after you have made your purchase.
Does my vote oblige me to make a purchase?
Not at all! By voting in our special design Voting Area you are not in any way obliged to make a payment. Plus, if the item you voted for is selected for our store range we will give you a 10% discount on that item. Your vote helps us create ranges of exclusive furniture and furnishings, which best suit the individual needs and tastes of our customers.
Are these really high-quality items? How can I be sure?
Our manufacturers have been carefully selected based on years of experience producing high-quality and exclusive furnishings. Our producers are already working with some of the biggest household names in the American and European furniture markets. We also have a meticulous quality control system in place at the point of manufacture to ensure that our items meet the high-quality standards which we demand.
What are the working conditions in the factories like?
We take extreme care to ensure that our furniture is produced under fair working conditions. Apart from issuing strict guidelines for working conditions at the factories, we also regularly inspect our manufacturing bases to ensure that basic environmental protection standards are being met. Where can I register and how do I set up an account?
Only registered users have the opportunity to vote on designs and to take advantage of our bonus discount vouchers. To register, click My Account in the top right hand corner of our homepage. All you have to provide is an email address and password. You will then receive an email from us containing an account activation link. Simply click the link and you will immediately be able to browse and vote on your preferred designs, in addition to having full access to our website. You can edit your details in your account at any time just by logging in.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you have a FASHION FOR HOME account, but have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ under the My Account sign when you try to sign in. Enter the email address you used to create your account and an email will be sent to that address with a new password.
Can I change my personal information?
Of course! All you need to do is click My Account in the top right hand corner and log in. On the left side of the screen, click Account Information and you will be able to edit any of your personal information any time you like.
