I felt like I was taking a chance when buying this through fashionforhome, as there was nowhere to go and see what these Sofa's actually look like. However I can assure you that when you unpack it the sofa looks just like the pictures on the site.

Very pleased with it and it looks great in my office and the build quality is high.

I was a bit nervous buying online but I'm happy to say the quality was every bit as high as what appeared on the site. Quality materials, attention to detail, for two very picky furniture buyers/decorators, we were both very happy with this product. And you just can't find a sofa like this anywhere near this quality and price in the UK. We were delighted with the product.

Customer service however was another story - while being proactive, friendly and professional on the phone, when words translated into action (or lack of it) we were less than impressed. Some examples include: fabric samples never arrived and apparently were sent to some strange address ... sofa arrived a month later than the first declared delivery date - and I found out the 'new' late delivery date by accident when I called back to update the delivery address .... delivery booking problems were multiple and Fashion for Home passed the blame to the "computer problems" of the delivery company, who I asked about it and they said their computers had been fine all week. I was repeatedly told 'leave it with me' - 'I'll ring you back straight away' and nothing would ever happen.

We got there in the end though. Once delivery was finally booked, the delivery blokes were punctual friendly and helpful, despite the long trek to my front door from the nearest parking place.
