DELIVERY

Delivery costs to non highland or island postcodes are 100% free, 100% of the time. At FASHION FOR HOME, we want to make the price you pay to be as simple and transparent as possible. If you have any problems or questions about delivery to your postcode please contact Customer Service for more details.

A standard delivery generally refers to a downstairs room. It does not include carrying up stairs, removal of packaging or assembly. If you need these services you may request and book a ‘White Glove’ service after you have purchased for small extra charge. Contact our Customer Service Team if you wish to upgrade to White Glove.

Please remember to measure-up your doorways to make sure that your items can be safely delivered without damaging your property or the items themselves. If you are unsure then call us up or email us and we will assist you with measuring tips and give you the exact packaging sizes. Our delivery agents will do all they can to get your items into where you want them but they cannot pass furniture through windows or work wonders with door frames! If you refuse delivery because the item does not fit into your home, or into the space desired, return delivery charges may apply. If in doubt, call us and we will be happy to assist you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Item availability is stated on the product pages and will be confirmed after purchasing via e-mail - please note that our shipping partners will take 3-5 working days to dispatch your goods after they arrive with them.

Delivery levels:

• Ready for delivery in 2-3 weeks
• Ready for delivery in 4-6 weeks
• Ready for delivery in 7-10 weeks
• Ready for delivery in 8-14 weeks

Smaller packages (including bean bags) will be dispatched by parcel service. For larger pieces of furniture such as beds, sofas, etc., you will be contacted by our delivery partner prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time.

If the stated delivery time is exceeded, we will contact you. If it is not possible for us to deliver your order in time, you have the right to cancel your order. For details please see our terms and conditions.


FREE RETURNS!


The colour or touch and feel of the material isn’t quite what you expected? The piece simply doesn’t work in your space? We understand that in the real world everything does not always work out the way it is planned. That is why we offer a full return service and full refund on all our standard items safely delivered into your home - no questions asked.

All returned items must be in an unused condition and in the original or similar packaging. For more detailed information please read our Terms & Conditions. If you wish to make a return please call our Customer Service Low-Call on 0845 089 6465 (8am-5pm; Mon-Friday) or email us and we will arrange a collection appointment thorough our logistic partner. To avail of this amazing FREE RETURNS offer you must book a collection appointment within 30 days of receipt of your order. Our Customer Service Team will help you through the appropriate steps to make a quick and stress-free return. Returns booked after 30 days of receipt may or may not incur carriage charges.

NEED MORE SERVICE? ADD WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!

For an additional charge we can provide you with a White Glove service. Our White Glove service will deliver your item to a room of choice, assemble your item, and then remove and dispose of the packaging in an environmentally responsible way. Contact Customer Service by email or phone us on 0845 089 6465 (Local rate number for BT users only. Mobile and other network call charges may vary) Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm if you want more information on our excellent White Glove rates and conditions. We can add White Glove to your order after you have made your purchase so you have plenty of time to consider upgrading.

WARRANTY

If a fault develops on a moving part, or if something does not work the way it is supposed to after a some weeks or months of normal usage, please contact Customer Service and we will exchange your item or refund you the full price paid. We are proud of the high standards and quality-control system we have in place. If you have any complaints about the quality of an item always contact us immediately we will endevour to replace your item or refund you. Delivery charges may or may not apply in all cases.

CARE IN SHIPPING

We take time and care with your items from the point of manufacture up until you have received it. All shipped items are regularly inspected. In the unlikely event that an item arrives and there are signs of damage incurred in transit please do not accept the item from the delivery company and immediately call or mail our Customer Service Team where we will assist you in rectifying the situation as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that all of our products are manufactured “on demand”. You have a statutory right to cancel your order up to seven days after ordering it. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Service Team within 7 days of placing the order and a full refund will be issued. Any orders cancelled with our Customer Service Team more than 7 days after the order was placed, and which has not yet been dispatched for delivery, will incur a handling fee of 10% of the item’s original price – excluding delivery costs.
