Delivery costs to standard delivery postcodes are free for orders over £75. At FASHION FOR HOME, we want to make the price you pay as transparent as possible. A standard delivery generally refers to delivery to your room of choice and removal of packaging upon request, however, please retain the packaging or organise packaging of a similar standard if you wish to return the product. We also offer a professional assemby service at a small extra charge. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further information.
Please remember to measure-up your doorways to make sure that your items can be safely delivered without damaging your property or the items themselves. If you are unsure, send us an email or call our team and we will give you the exact packaging sizes. Our delivery agents will do all they can to get your items into your preferred space but they cannot pass furniture through windows or work wonders with door frames! If you refuse delivery because the item does not fit into your home, or into the space desired, return delivery charges may apply. If in doubt, call us and we will be happy to assist you.

The time at which items will be ready for delivery is stated on the product pages and will be confirmed via email after purchasing - please note that our shipping partners will take 1-3 working days for smaller items, and 6-10 working days to dispatch larger items after they arrive with them. Please log into your account to check your order status.
Smaller packages (including bean bags) will be dispatched by parcel service. For larger pieces of furniture such as beds, sofas, etc., you will be contacted by our delivery partner prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery time.
If the stated delivery time will be exceeded, we will contact you. If it is not possible for us to deliver your order in time, you have the right to cancel. For details please see our terms and conditions.

From Saturday deliveries to a professional assemby service, we´re here to make sure your delivery runs smoothly. We can add our premium services to your order after you have made your purchase, so you have plenty of time to consider upgrading.
We take time and care with your items from the point of manufacture up until you have received it. All shipped items are regularly inspected. In the unlikely event that an item arrives and there are signs of damage incurred in transit please do not accept the item from the delivery company and immediately call or mail our Customer Service Team who can will assist you in rectifying the situation as quickly as possible.
